Return Policy
When buying an OnTrade Package, you agree that your paid subscription will renew automatically, unless we terminate it, or you notify Customer Service by email (customer_service@ontrade.com) of your decision to terminate your subscription. You must cancel your subscription five (5) business days before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees to your credit card for the renewal term.
